Non-accessible green terrace on a house in Cluj

A residential project in which the non-accessible terraces of a house in the heart of Cluj, right next to the Botanical Garden, were transformed into green oases.

The approximately 100 m² sedum-covered green surface blends perfectly into the surroundings and adds extra comfort to the building.

In this project, the greatest challenge was finding the optimal solution for lifting the materials required for the roof layer system. We decided to use a relatively small mobile lift, and with a lot of manual work, it was no longer necessary to rent a large crane, obtain permits to block the street for several hours, not to mention the associated costs.
