The system is made up of lightweight technical layers designed to maximize water retention and ensure efficient drainage. The roof support tray is manufactured in one piece, preventing water leaks. In addition, the substrate used is obtained from recyclable materials and has a high moisture retention capacity, maintaining a favorable environment for plant development.

The green roof is populated with a mixture of 5-6 species of Sedum, carefully chosen for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures and prolonged lack of rainfall. This plant mat has been tested and optimized based on long studies carried out in arid areas.
