The extensive green roofs on the buildings of the Vivido residential complex were not treated merely as technical surfaces to be solved, but as real components of the living experience.

The clients, who spend a large part of their day in front of a computer, wanted a home that is not only functional but also breathes together with the surrounding nature. Not a cold, isolated villa, but a place that gives rest to the eyes and the mind when you step onto the terrace or look out the window.

The owners' idea was clear from the beginning: the building should not stand out or seem forced into a mountain landscape that already has plenty of personality. The roof had to blend into the surrounding green, serving as a natural continuation of the slope and the forest behind it.

The extensive roof with succulent vegetation blends harmoniously into the landscape, enhancing the urban panorama with a natural and vibrant layer.

One year after installation, these green roofs installed at a residential complex in Timișoara have visibly stabilized, forming a uniform sedum carpet that completely covers the surface.
