Liziera residential complex

This is an intensive green roof, built over an underground garage. It includes parking places, playgrounds for children, artesian fountains, recreational, leisure and sport sections.

The built-up green area is about 3.000 m² and it has an automatic irrigation system. The substrate thickness is 40 to 120 cm, depending on the structure of the landscaped part. Special anchoring system is used, so 6-8 m tall trees were planted. The work was carried out in 2007, using a great diversity of species. The project proved its durability, because it was developing harrmoniusly, in line with expectations.
