An intensive, park-type green roof with a substrate layer of approximately one meter, which made it possible to plant mature trees and create a truly impressive landscape. The rich vegetation, ranging from compact lawn to well-developed trees, creates a natural atmosphere reminiscent of a suspended urban park. The space gains depth and variety, offering shaded areas, interesting perspectives, and a particularly pleasant visual experience.

This green roof integrates perfectly into the local climatic conditions, with the plants adapting excellently to temperature variations and wind exposure. The trees stabilize their roots in the generous substrate, while the lawn remains dense and uniform. Over time, the created ecosystem becomes increasingly resilient, requiring minimal maintenance while providing a pleasant microclimate, a spectacular view, and an accessible green space in an urban environment. The building has received BREEAM certification with an “outstanding” rating, also thanks to the complex park located on the roof, and will function as both an educational and cultural center, meeting the highest sustainability standards in the field. The investment amounts to approximately 6 million euros.
