Implementation of a green roof project in the Port of Constanța

Green roof materials and vegetation rolls were supplied, and step-by-step consultancy was provided for each phase, enabling the beneficiary to create a drought-resistant garden.

This elegant green space arrangement, which highlights the anchors placed for decorative purposes, was built on a concrete base, using a thin layer of specially formulated, well-drained substrate, over which the special green roof vegetation rolls were installed.

The project was carried out in collaboration with Sharkdivers Constanța, a company offering a wide range of diving services. This project demonstrates that green terrace solutions can also be implemented by non-specialists, provided they are accustomed to following the procedures communicated to them. And divers are disciplined people, both on land and underwater.
