The ultra-lightweight structural solution includes stabilization elements, anti-slip components, and specially reinforced vegetation—a mix of Sedum, in carpet form.

The execution took 45 days, including top-quality waterproofing (Bauder) and the complete installation of the green roof (Bauder green roof layering elements).

This spring, we began maintenance work to help the entire green roof develop properly. As can be seen in the images, it is growing well, the vegetation is adapting, native species and birds are appearing, and the roof is gradually transforming into an ultra-lightweight biodiverse green roof.

This grand building with its extensive green roof is somewhat unique in Eastern Europe.

Update: After years, the green roof remains lush and decorative
