For this large-scale project, we chose an advanced system consisting of planters and pre-grown ivy panels, mounted on a robust metal structure that generously covers the building wall. The major advantage of this technical solution is its almost immediate visual impact; our panels provide nearly 100% coverage from the moment they are installed.

The result is a project that demonstrates how nature can enhance the character of a historic building, transforming rigid architectural elements into a living and welcoming environment.

From a technical standpoint, the two systems work hand in hand: the roof reduces building overheating, while the green façade functions as a thermal and acoustic filter. In practice, the difference is clearly felt during summer. Not by chance, Penny’s sustainability report shows significant energy savings.

Our company sets an ambitious goal: to transform the urban space into a greener and more dynamic environment, offering innovative solutions for green roofs, hanging gardens, plant walls and ecological facades. These initiatives contribute to improving the quality of life in cities and promote a sustainable model of urban development.
