Ultramodern leisure center with green roof

It will have a multifunctional room with two stands and a capacity of 350 people. The indoor recreation area will have a multisport field for football, handball, volleyball and basketball and other sports like table tennis etc.

This leisure center is situated next to the stadium, and will also have a parking place, two swimming pools for adults and children, a sunbathing area and a place for recreational activities. The value of this investment exceeded 20.000.000 RON, but the owners hope that this center will be the favorite relaxing place for the residents of Trotus Valley and for others too.

The leisure center has a modern lighting system for night activities, a 9,45 m tall observation tower, a photovoltaic park with green roof, so we can say that’s an advanced architectural and environmental complex.

The ecological roof has 3200 m² and it is actually a semi-extensive green terrace, realized with reinforced sedum rolls. This modern leisure center with a semi-cylindrical shaped green roof will certainly be a special attraction, especially because such buildings are relatively rare.

Through this project we had the opportunity to realize one of the most difficult green roofs in Eastern Europe.

The project itself is more than beautiful, but technically quite difficult, because we had to build a viable green roof on a slope with great inclination and limited anchoring possibilities.
