Green facade at UMF Târgu-Mureș

For the green façade of UMF Târgu-Mureș, we planted 54 climbing plants in planters fixed at the base and at the top of the approximately three-meter-high wall, with 8–10 branches each, in order to ensure the highest possible degree of coverage already at the time of handover.

The construction of the guiding network made of galvanized steel cables, designed to support the green mass of the ivy even under conditions of frost or snow accumulation, was carried out using ladders and by working secured with industrial rope access techniques, as there was no access for a lift or other machinery in the area. In compliance with safety regulations, the work was completed in two days.
