An intensive green roof with lawn, created in the city of Chitila at a kindergarten. The intensive vegetated roof – lawn – covers an area of 500 m² and is equipped with an automated irrigation system.

The work was completed in approximately 3 days under unfavorable weather conditions (strong wind, 15–20 l/m² precipitation) and with limited access to the site due to deep mud (typical for all construction sites in Romania).

This effort involved manually moving/distributing approximately 100 m³ of materials (substrate, vegetation rolls, gravel) over distances of 10–30 m on the roof.

In this project, we demonstrated to ourselves and to our partners that delivery deadlines are sacred, and even if unforeseen elements appear on site, timelines and quality can be maintained – even if this requires superhuman effort (concentrating the activity of about 30 people under harsh working conditions).
